Family Bibles
Many families kept vital statistics on their members in the family
Bible, and often include names, dates, and places of birth,
christening, baptism, marriage, death, and sometimes military
services. Most of these Bibles remain in private hands, but a few
have been filed in libraries and archives. Check your regional and
local libraries.
